Mrs. Rivas holds a clinical license as a bicultural and bilingual social worker. She has over 13 years' experience working within non-profits. She has worked with a wide variety of groups, including LGBTQ+, those dealing problems with addiction and victims of sexual assault, and intimate relationship violence. She's worked with Erie patients in 2019 She is currently offering the telehealth services for Behavioral Health. Ms. Rivas has worked with prenatal and postpartum mothers for more than 10 years. She is an expert in trauma-informed treatment and also is able to offer EMDR services for adult patients. She also provides Group and individual therapy, Medication assisted treatment program, Referral for specific care, as well as a Women's support group. Amanda also volunteers at Best Friends Animal Society, helping animals in need find forever new homes. Amanda is committed to The Best Friends slogan "Save Them" and is working hard to make Los Angeles into an animal-free city. Amanda is someone who is a positive force in every day.
